Hi, I’m Catherine! A 200HR registered yoga teacher and lover of the practice. Yoga has helped me find peace and presence in my daily life; I aim to teach the same to others.

Vinyasa yoga for all levels

I approach every class with a sense of curiosity, kindness, and empathy. I teach postures that build strength, promote flexibility, and leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated (and if you’d like to stay in child’s pose for the whole class thats fine too!)

My Style

Each student brings a unique experience, perspective, and challenge, which constantly enriches my understanding of yoga and human nature. It's in these moments of vulnerability and openness that I feel most connected to my students, fostering an environment where everyone has a space to process life’s aches and pains.

My Philosophy

To teach is to learn twice, and I find that I learn as much, if not more, from my students than they learn from me.
